Our homes are for men facing urgent housing needs, those experiencing housing instability, at risk of homelessness, or in transition. We provide safe, stable accommodation for those going through difficult times, offering a supportive environment to rebuild and move forward.

Who we are

Life can be unpredictable. Whether you’ve lost your home, left a tough situation, or just need space to get back on your feet, our homes offer a safe, structured environment where men can pause, reset, and plan their future.

We provide shared accommodation exclusively for men, with a focus on respect, safety, and quiet living.

Our management team stays involved, with regular check-ins and practical support like arranging doctor visits or helping with Work & Income applications.

We’re not just a place to sleep. We're here to support progress, encourage stability, and offer every man who walks through our doors a chance to grow.

Referring Someone to First Mission Housing

We work with referrers across Auckland, including case managers, probation officers, social workers, and health providers to provide stable, drug-free and alcohol-free homes for men in need.

Tenants receive support in managing daily life, accessing benefits, and building independence in a calm, safe environment.

We also offer group counselling sessions at select houses, supporting emotional wellbeing, helping tenants work through challenges, build mindset tools, and support one another in a structured setting.
